Rates: The rates to rent this unique property in 2012 are from £400 per week
Christmas and Easter: from £480 per week
1st April to 30 April:£480 per week
1st May to 3rd September: from £580 per week
September from £460 per week.
October to March (excluding Easter, Christmas and special holidays) : from £350 per week
In addition to above rates there is a small laundry charge depending on the rooms used per rental.

We can accomodate out of season long term lets for house hunters in the area, please email your requirements for details of special rates.
Terms and Conditions
Booking Deposit: £150 (returnable if cancelled 8 weeks before arrival) deposit to reserve property. The remaining balance payable 6 weeks before arrival date(if booking dates allow).
Breakage Deposit: £150 security deposit required before arrival, this can be a cheque. This Uncashed cheque will be returned one week after vacating property if no substantial damage.
Arrival & Departure: Changeover day is flexible at the moment as this is the first year of letting. Please be prepared to leave the house at 10am on the day of departure.
Bedlinen, Bedsheets and towels are provided
Cleaning Please leave the house tidy when you leave. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.
Electricity & Heating Covered under rental payment
Pets: Apologies but pets are not allowed.
